   • TronVision is perfect for sports fans, gamers, businesses, tailgaters, and anyone looking to enhance their entertainment or event setup.
3. How does TronVision compare to traditional TVs?
   • Unlike traditional TVs, TronVision offers customizable lighting, multi-screen capabilities, and high-definition visuals designed for versatility across various settings.
4. Does TronVision include TVs?
   • Yes! Each TronVision comes equipped with four smart TVs.
5. What size are the TVs?
   • Model: 24: LED HD Smart Fire TV platform
   • Optimal Viewing Distance: 2 - 20 feet
   • Recommended Ceiling Heights: 7 - 13 feet
6. What are the dimensions of a TronVision?
   • After testing several prototypes, we've determined that larger sizes may hang too low and obstruct views. The TronVision unit measures approximately 28.4" x 28.4" x 19.2" inches, making it the optimal viewing size.

7. How far from the ceiling does a TronVision hang?
   • The included mounting bracket and pole create a distance of 7” from the ceiling of the top of the TronVision.

8. How much does TronVision weigh?
   • Each TronVision weighs less than 40lbs.
9. Where is TronVision manufactured?
   • TronVision is proudly manufactured in the USA. 
10. What is TronVision made of?

• • TronVision is constructed from high-quality, durable materials, designed and manufactured by engineers in the heart of Motor City to meet stringent quality standards, ensuring longevity and optimal performance. (it is NOT made of wood!)

Setting Up Your TronVision System

1. Assembly

• TronVision is designed for easy assembly and can be put together in less than an hour.
• Use the included setup guide to walk you through the process step-by-step.
• Optional video tutorials are also available for additional guidance.

2. Mounting Options

• Ceiling Mount: If you'd like to install TronVision on the ceiling, follow the ceiling-mounting instructions in the setup guide.
• Portable Setup: For flexibility, you can place TronVision on a stand or any suitable surface if you prefer portability.

3. Installation Options

Professional Installation: While TronVision is designed for DIY installation, professional setup is available upon request for those who prefer it.

4. Required Tools

• You will need a screwdriver to complete the assembly and installation.
• All necessary hardware is included in your package, so no additional tools are required.

5. Types of Installation

• Hardwiring Installation:
  • TronVision can be hardwired into an existing light fixture.
  • Since the system weighs less than 40 pounds, you can typically perform this installation with the help of an electrician.
• Plug-In Installation:
  • Simply plug your TronVision into a standard power outlet using the included power supply.
  • This is the easiest and most convenient option for setup.

1. Can TronVision sign panels be customized?
• Absolutely! Simply provide us with your artwork, and we will create customized sign panels (called ‘marquees’) unique to your TronVision.
2. Can the custom marquees be changed easily?
• Yes, the custom panels can be easily swapped out at your convenience.
3. Can I add my company logo or branding?
• Absolutely! Our customization options include the ability to display logos, branded content, and other personalized visuals on the marquees, corner panels and bottom panel.
4. Can I customize the lighting effects?
• Yes, TronVision features dynamic lighting that can be customized to match your mood, team colors, or event themes.

• Yes! TronVision allows for the simultaneous display of content across all TVs or the option to showcase different content on each screen.
2. What resolution does TronVision support?
• TronVision features HD (720p) resolution for crystal-clear visuals.
3. Is TronVision compatible with gaming systems?
• Yes, TronVision works seamlessly with all major gaming consoles and PCs for an immersive gaming experience.
4. Can TronVision be used outdoors?
• Yes. However, TronVision is NOT weatherproof and we only recommend installation in areas that are covered and protected from the elements.

1. What should I do if my TronVision isn’t working properly?

2. How do I update my TronVision system?
• Software updates for the TVs are automatically pushed to your system. You’ll receive a notification when an update is available.
3. What should I do if my screen looks distorted?
• Ensure the screen is properly calibrated. Refer to the setup guide or contact support for assistance.

1. How do I place an order for TronVision?
• Visit our Products page to explore packages and customization options, then complete your purchase online.
2. How is TronVision shipped?
• Depending on the package purchased, each order will come in 2-3 separate boxes.
3. How long will it take to receive my Tronvision?
• Please note that each TronVision™ is custom made and will generally ship within 3-5 business days (after artwork approval) from the TronVision Enterprises warehouse. Once your TronVision™ ships from our warehouse, delivery times will vary depending on your location. 
4. Does TronVision ship internationally?
• Unfortunately, TronVision does not ship internationally. We hope to make this possible in the future!
5. What is the warranty coverage for TronVision?
• TronVision comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues.
6. Can I return or exchange my TronVision system?
• Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused systems/non custom in their original packaging. Contact us to start the process.
